You will lead trade partners, conduct regular site walks, manage change orders, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver zero-defect homes while maintaining safety and compliance. This on-site role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with Build Pro and Procore.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficiency with Build Pro and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in and manage timelines.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and uphold quality.
• Supervise pre-construction to final walkthrough meetings.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to resolve issues.
• Ensure site safety and adherence to building codes.
