Job summary

Lennar is a leading homebuilder seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction from start to finish at assigned communities. You will manage trade partners, schedules, budgets, and quality standards to deliver on-time, cost-effective homes.

The role requires residential construction experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with construction software. Local travel and in-person site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BuildPro, Procore.
• Valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of building codes.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in and supervise trade partners.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Negotiate inspector or trade partner issues with cost-conscious resolutions.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals in BuildPro.
• Provide feedback on timeliness and detail to improve vendor performance.
• Maintain site safety logs and ensure compliance with codes and regs.
