Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction of homes in assigned communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and adherence to schedules. You will supervise trade partners, conduct twice-daily home walks, manage change orders and safety logs, coordinate with sales and customer care, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in home building/construction.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of construction practices and building codes; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in and manage job sites and schedules.
• Supervise all construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and final meetings.
• Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners; support CIP improvements.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals through Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on trade partner performance to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Ensure job site safety, compliance with codes, and maintenance of safety logs.
