Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred, or 3–5 years in home building.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Proficiency with BuildPro, Procore, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in and supervise trade partners.
• Conduct regular home walks, monitor progress, and uphold quality standards.
• Coordinate pre-construction and inspection meetings and manage change orders.
• Ensure safety, site cleanliness, and compliance with building codes.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with internal teams.
