Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee homebuilding in assigned communities. You will supervise job sites, negotiate with inspectors and trades, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence from pre-construction through move-in.

The role requires strong organization, effective communication, and comfort with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office. A valid driver’s license and readiness for in-person site work are Essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and standard MS Office tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply building codes.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from inception to move-in; manage sites, scheduling, and trade partners.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality and schedule.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to maintain budget adherence.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals via Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on trade partner timeliness to the Lead Construction Manager.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and code compliance; maintain safety logs.
• Perform Stormwater Plan inspections as required; address regulatory concerns.
• Oversee meetings (pre-construction, inspections, final walkthroughs).
• Manage documentation: change orders, POs, safety logs; collaborate with teams.
