Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from inception to move-in, manage sites, scheduling and trade partner supervision.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to ensure quality and schedule adherence; optimize profitability.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners; monitor CIP improvements.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoicing through Build Pro.
• Ensure job site safety, code compliance, and maintain safety logs and records.
• Coordinate with sales, customer care, and management for effective communication.
