Job summary

Continental is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-craft technician team in a production environment. You will schedule PMs, minimize downtime, drive a zero-breakdown culture, and promote safety across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred with 5+ years in maintenance in production.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; relocation not provided.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating TPM/PM activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multi-craft technicians to a zero-breakdown culture.
• Decide on downtime actions and schedule technicians per PMs and down equipment.
• Promote safety and monitor TPM/PM concepts across the plant.
• Mentor and train staff; complete daily maintenance shift reports.
• Escalate complex issues to the lead engineer after hours of downtime.
• Communicate performance and attendances with the lead engineer or supervisor.
• Ensure PM tasks and work orders are executed with quality and on time.
