The role requires reading electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineers to enhance safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in a multi-craft industrial maintenance role.
• Advanced proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC-controlled machinery issues.
• Read blueprints and schematics to perform mechanical adjustments and upgrades.
• Assist in designing and fabricating equipment to improve production efficiency and safety.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts as needed for installation and maintenance.
• Mentor junior technicians on SOPs and safety practices.
• Maintain organized maintenance logs and strict housekeeping in work areas.

You will drive operational uptime by performing advanced diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and system improvements on high-output production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical manufacturing systems to maximize equipment longevity.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within PLC-controlled machinery and 230v-480v 3-phase motor control panels.
• Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals to perform precision mechanical adjustments and system upgrades.
• Collaborate on the design and fabrication of custom machinery to enhance production efficiency and safety.
• Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts, to facilitate machine installation and high-level maintenance tasks.
• Mentor junior team members on standard operating procedures and best practices for industrial equipment upkeep.
• Maintain a high standard of workplace organization and safety compliance across all production areas.
