Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in our Maintenance department. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced production and facility equipment to keep manufacturing processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, entering work orders in AMMS, managing spare parts, and supporting process improvements with cross-functional teams. Strong safety mindset and PLC troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 5 years of manufacturing multi-craft maintenance experience OR 5 years of military technical experience OR an Associate’s Degree with 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• CMRT certification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS software is required.
• Ability to work any shift (weekends, holidays, overtime).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties; forklift operation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive zero incident safety culture by following safety rules and participating in investigations.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and track maintenance records.
• Enter and manage work orders in AMMS, manage spare parts, and update PM procedures.
