Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to supervise the maintenance team on rotating shifts and ensure safe, compliant operations in a climate-controlled plant. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, quick troubleshooting, and hands-on support for production and project work.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, with hydraulic, PLC, and electrical repair experience, plus basic office and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus technical training preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a multicraft role.
• Experience with hydraulic, PLC, and electrical repairs.
• Knowledge of Logic Master and Bechoffs is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shop paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff on assigned shifts and coordinate activities.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and PM documentation.
• Audit maintenance work and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Assist with production support and training of operators and technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-documented work area.
• Lead by example in safety, quality, and teamwork.
