Job summary

GraceMark Solutions seeks an Senior Infrastructure Architect to own target-state architecture across cloud, virtualization, Linux, storage/backup, identity, network, endpoint management, and SaaS platforms. You will set architecture standards, review changes, and act as design authority for major incidents, while ensuring cross-tower consistency and scalable growth.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT infrastructure engineering with architect/technical design-authority responsibilities across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

Own the target-state infrastructure architecture across cloud, virtualization, Linux, storage/backup, identity, network, endpoint management, and SaaS platforms.
Set architecture standards and design patterns for cross-tower consistency.
Review and approve high-risk changes at CAB from an architectural risk perspective.
Act as design-authority escalation point for Major Incidents.
Lead capacity and scalability planning across the estate.
Define reference architecture for identity (Okta, AD/Entra ID) ensuring coherent SSO.
Own design for multi-tower engagements (e.g., AWS Connect IVR).
Collaborate with ITSM/Service Management to ensure CMDB/Incidents/Changes reflect the real environment.
Produce and maintain architecture documentation and diagrams for the account.
Represent the technical architecture in governance meetings and customer discussions.
