Job summary

Softchoice is hiring a Solution Lead to serve as the senior technical and delivery authority for multi-cloud engagements spanning AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You’ll translate business challenges into cloud transformation strategies and lead architects and consultants to deliver.

You will guide customers through platform decisions, ensuring governance, profitability, and long‑term strategic alignment while representing Softchoice at senior client levels and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Executive presence and strong communication required.
• Experience delivering multi-cloud transformations and leading teams preferred.
• Certifications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud are expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level technical authority for cloud engagements (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Lead design and delivery of complex multi-workstream cloud transformations.
• Guide provider-selection decisions based on workload fit and long-term strategy.
• Review architecture documents and ensure quality and alignment with standards.
• Mentor architects, drive delivery quality, and manage profitability.
