Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Solution Lead to serve as the senior technical and delivery authority for multi-cloud engagements spanning AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will translate business challenges into cloud transformation strategies and lead a team of architects and consultants to deliver them.

This role requires fluency across all three providers, with strong business acumen to drive P&L and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience considered.
• Active certifications across AWS, Azure, and GCP required.
• Executive presence and ability to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level technical authority for multi-cloud engagements — AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-workstream cloud transformations.
• Guide customers through provider-selection decisions based on workload fit, cost, and governance.
• Review architecture documents, deployment plans, and statements of work for quality.
