Job summary

Softchoice seeks a Solution Lead to drive multi-cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will guide architectural decisions, shape transformation roadmaps, and lead teams of architects and consultants to deliver complex cloud programs.

You will build senior client relationships, translate business needs into cloud strategies, and own financial outcomes while maintaining current cloud certifications and industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Executive-level authority for cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong design and delivery experience in multi-cloud transformations.
• Ability to translate business goals into cloud strategy and roadmaps.
• Proven leadership in guiding architects and consultants to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for multi-cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead design and delivery of complex cloud transformations (migrations, modernization, governance).
• Guide provider selection decisions based on workload, cost, and compliance.
• Review architecture documents and ensure alignment with Softchoice standards.
• Maintain active certifications across all three providers and represent Softchoice at events.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve delivery quality.
