Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Solution Lead to serve as the senior technical and delivery authority for multi-cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will translate client business challenges into cloud transformation strategies and lead a team of architects and consultants to deliver them.

You will bridge pre-sales and delivery, engaging with C-level stakeholders and ensuring alignment with Softchoice standards while driving profitability and client value.

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise IT with progression through technical delivery and leadership roles.
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of architects/consultants on client-facing engagements.
Experience in both pre-sales solution design and full-lifecycle delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead cloud transformations across AWS, Azure, and GCP from initiation to closure.
Guide provider selections and architecture decisions based on workload, cost, and governance.
Mentor architects and consultants to ensure delivery quality and profitability.
Represent Softchoice in client conversations and industry events.
