Job summary

Integrated Technologies, Inc. is a High Point, NC-based MSP seeking a senior IT engineer to own complex infrastructure tasks and serve as the final escalation point for escalations from Level 2 techs.

You’ll manage domain controller work, migrations, security, and Microsoft 365 tenancy across client environments. The role emphasizes hands-on execution without direct reports, with a focus on rapid problem resolution, documented modernization, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience, MSP/multi-client preferred.
• Proven migrations and modernization project ownership.
• Deep Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file services, Hyper‑V/VMware.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for help desk and Level 2 technicians.
• Take over inherited environments, document, and build modernization plans.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects in phases: domain controllers, server migrations, network rebuilds, ایمail migrations to Microsoft 365, hardware refreshes.
• Build complete environments: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file/print, firewall, VLANs, wireless, M365 tenancy, licensing, backup, security.
• Architect and troubleshoot networking: site-to-site VPN, VLANs, routing, firewall policy, wireless design.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID deeply: Conditional Access, identity, mail flow, DNS and email authentication, security/compliance.
• Maintain managed security and backup stack; respond when a client is compromised.
• Support line-of-business apps like QuickBooks and client-specific software.
• Serve as senior technical voice in client conversations with owners/executives.
• Document in ITGlue so new engineers aren’t starting from zero.
