Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in chemistry/biology/biochemistry, 5+ years in mass spectrometry with related software, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific fields required.
• 5+ years mass spectrometry experience with related software.
• Experience with Waters Connect is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for Waters Connect (standalone or MS instruments).
• Collaborate with MS Specialists and Territory account managers to showcase Waters Connect benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Management to identify future upgrades and test them in the field.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and post-sales support.
• Visit customers regularly to highlight Waters solutions and assist with technical obstacles.
