Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
• 5+ years MS experience with related software.
• Experience with Waters Connect; Unify a plus.
• Mass spectrometry field sales or marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Waters Connect sales targets (standalone or MS instruments).
• Collaborate with MS Specialists and Territory managers to show benefits.
• Coordinate with Product Management on future upgrades and beta testing.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and post-sales training.
• Visit customers regularly to showcase Waters solutions and resolve obstacles.
• Build technical credibility as a Waters resource.
• Stay current on vertical markets, trends, and business info.
• Provide marketing with data to create development programs.
• Maintain CRM and leverage sales tools.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
• Develop business via monthly action plans.
