Henderson Group Recruiting is recruiting for a Principal Planner in Rochester, NH. You will own and coordinate supply chain activities, master scheduling, and inventory planning to meet customer commitments.

The role requires extensive MRP expertise, Oracle ASCP proficiency, and leadership in a manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance is available, and the company emphasizes growth, bonuses, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
10+ years in global manufacturing planning.
Strong MRP planning and data analysis.
Experience with Oracle ASCP and ASCP training.

Responsibilities

Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments.
Drive accuracy of MRP signals for production flow and ensure compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and maintain manufacturing on track.
Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations with no supervision.
Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics to leadership and train others in planning data usage.
Act as a key escalation point within Planning to drive cross-functional solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide guidance and training on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
Participate in and sustain 5S Standards and ISO procedures.
Follow all required Safety procedures.
