Job summary
Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a Principal Planner for a 24/7 Rochester, NH manufacturing facility, guiding master scheduling, inventory planning, and ERP-driven processes. You will align supply chain commitments with customer expectations and lead cross-functional improvements.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in global manufacturing, strong MRP and Oracle EBS ASCP skills, Agile experience, and a degree in business or related field. Relocation assistance available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will consider equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a global production/manufacturing environment.
- Deep knowledge of MRP signals and planning processes.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts.
- APICS certification would be a plus.
- Proficiency with Oracle EBS and ASCP.
- Comfortable training others on planning topics.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer expectations and commitments.
- Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
- Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
- Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
- Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations for programs.
- Provide analytics and guidance to leadership using data from multiple systems.
