Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for MQ and ACE Engineering to drive strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise messaging platforms. You will oversee teams responsible for reliability, integration services, automation, security, governance, and operational excellence across mission-critical environments.

The role partners with Application Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud Platform, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to define and execute an integration platform roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years in enterprise integration or platform engineering.
5+ years leading engineering teams with delivery accountability.
5+ years administering IBM MQ environments.
4+ years with IBM ACE or IIB in complex landscapes.
3+ years with HA, DR, DevOps automation, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Lead MQ and ACE engineering, operations, modernization and reliability.
Define strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance with stakeholders.
Drive automation, performance, capacity planning, and DR readiness.
Coach and develop high-performing teams and foster ownership.
Manage vendor relationships and delivery of complex integrations.
