Job summary

Moyer Move Management in the Washington DC–Baltimore Metro area is seeking a Senior Transition Associate. This hands-on role supports moving day operations, coordinating with crews, and ensuring a smooth relocation for clients.

You will work as part of a small, client-focused team, handling planning, on-site execution, and post-move follow-up, with a requirement of at least 24 hours per week and the ability to cover three consecutive days.

Qualifications

• Grace under pressure and maintain professionalism with clients
• 1–2+ years in move management, relocation coordination, or related field
• Strong teamwork and clear communication in a crew setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfort with move management software and learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Execute residential and commercial moves as part of the move team
• Serve as a point of contact for clients on assigned jobs, including pre-move planning and move day
• Work alongside move crews and vendors onsite to carry out the move plan
• Handle inventory, packing logistics, and special-handling items
• Coordinate with building management and move-in coordinators to ensure compliance with building requirements onsite
• Help resolve issues and escalations quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records
