Responsibilities

• Function as the on-site manager of Move Management operations.
• Assist with developing and implementing move plans onsite.
• Supervise staff during moves and direct packing/unpacking.
• Address client concerns and ease the move process.
• Coordinate with vendors (movers, auctioneers, appraisers, etc.).
• Pack/unpack household goods by hand and ensure packing specs.
• Inspect containers and materials for quality.
• Provide personal assistance and emotional support to clients.
