Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor’s substitution allowed) and strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn SCDMV policies and use MCS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree may substitute experience.
• Ability to learn and explain SCDMV policies and MCS program requirements to customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Processes MCS transactions for programs (IRP, IFTA, UCR) and CMV records.
• Verifies documents and carrier status using FMCSA/PRISM and other systems.
