You will work with borrowers, investors, and partners to evaluate requests and ensure documents are properly filed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in Document Administration in Mortgage Servicing or similar field.
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage servicing, originations and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review/abstract land records, title reports and mortgage documents to perfect security interest.
• Identify and prepare required documents for loans serviced by Newrez/SMS.
• Ensure documents are thorough and aligned with SLA timelines.
• Update actions/follow-ups in all systems and generate required reporting.
