Job summary

First National Bank Omaha is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Operations professional to provide essential support for payment, escrow, onboarding and payoff processes. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and maintain accurate loan data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Onsite role requiring collaboration with teammates, attention to detail, and timely handling of daily tasks. Prior mortgage servicing or real estate transaction experience is preferred, with MS Office

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products, Outlook and Excel.
• Previous experience in Mortgage Servicing Operations / Origination or Real Estate Transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operation support within mortgage servicing functions: payment, escrow, new loan onboarding & payoff processing.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to resolve mortgage servicing inquiries with a service-oriented approach.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, teammates and management.
