Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of mortgage servicing, banking operations, escrow, insurance, or related experience.
• 3+ years of formal people-leadership experience; leading professional employees or multiple workflows is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations, investor requirements, and operational controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, financial, change-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams for daily escrow, insurance, and special loans operations with clear ownership.
• Align staffing and capacity to service-level targets and control performance; address backlogs and failures.
• Oversee escalated issues and ensure timely resolution with root-cause analysis.
• Use metrics and risk indicators to identify issues and advise senior leadership.
