• Experience in loan servicing and portfolio administration.
• Ability to process loan payments, disbursements, and boarding/funding.
• Strong focus on regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• File, track, maintain, and release loan collateral to protect lien position and support servicing requirements across portfolios.
• Process loan payments, advances, wires, and other monetary transactions.
• Onboard loans from origination systems to the core platform using connectors.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support system updates and changes in procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
