The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support administration and servicing of the bank's loan portfolio, maintaining loan accounts and collateral records, processing payments and disbursements, boarding and funding loans.

You will respond to routine inquiries, resolve straightforward issues, and escalate complex matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and a high standard of customer experience across Commercial, Ag, Consumer, and

Formación

• Secondary education in business or related field preferred.
• One or more years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and teammates.

• Maintain loan collateral files and ensure accurate filing and document tracking.
• Process loan payments and disbursements; board and fund loans.
