Responsibilities

• Process daily loan servicing tasks in core loan system.
• Calculate and generate payoff letters; resolve loan exceptions.
• Monitor taxes, insurance, escrow setups and data remittance to vendors.
• Process daily batch payments and insurance invoices.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations as requested.
• Provide coaching and training to staff on bank policies.
• Ensure manuals are maintained and updated.
• Meet monthly targets for department goals.
