Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry identifier required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal/external referral sources to meet goals.
• Counsel customers on lending options to meet needs.
• Support banking partnerships and cross-sell initiatives.
• Manage loan pipeline to meet milestones (documentation, closing dates, pricing).
• Provide feedback on processes and customer experience to management.
• Assist with recruiting and training of support team as needed.
