Qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing, investor reporting, loan accounting, or related servicing operations experience.
• Direct experience with ICE Mortgage Technology servicing systems (MSP or related ICE servicing platforms) required.
• Experience supporting Client Investor Reporting activities preferred.
• Working knowledge of mortgage servicing investor guidelines, remittance processes, and reporting requirements.
• Understanding of loan-level accounting, reconciliations, and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and resolve investor reporting variances using ICE servicing systems.
• Perform loan-level analysis and correct reporting errors prior to remittance cycles.
• Generate and validate investor reporting data for Client portfolios.
• Ensure timely and accurate investor remittances per guidelines.
• Reconcile investor portfolios and custodial accounts to maintain data integrity.
• Research investor inquiries and remittance exceptions.
• Support servicing transfers and onboarding of new investors.
• Assist with regulatory exams and audits through data analysis.
