• Aggregate loan activity into summary remittance reports.
• Reconcile custodial bank accounts with loan activity.
• Remit funds to investors accurately and timely.
• Research and resolve questions thoroughly and promptly.
• Utilize Excel, SQL and Black Knight/LPS systems.
• Analyze deal points and communicate to stakeholders.
• Own ancillary reporting and processes.
• Train and mentor other Investor Reporting Analysts.
