Job summary

LoanCare is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst II to collaborate with clients, industry partners, and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.

You will complete mortgage accounting activity reports, analyze remittance data, and reconcile records across agency and investor portfolios. The role requires MSP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in Investor Accounting/Reporting and/or Mortgage Servicing industry or equivalent education.
• 2+ years' experience with FNMA, GNMA, FHLMC, and/or Private Investor Reporting or equivalent accounting/cash management experience.
• Ability to understand basic Cash logic, MSP cash flow and cash management related activity.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• MSP product or other mortgage servicing platform experience.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and meet deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Complete mortgage accounting activity reports for agency, guarantor, investor, trustee, and client portfolios.
• Analyze servicing, reporting, remittance, and reconciliation data with basic SQL understanding.
• Remit payments according to guidelines.
• Forecast and manage custodial account balances to prevent overdrafts.
• Resolve reporting and remittance discrepancies with limited management assistance.
• Coordinate MSP transactions and update pool header records using templates.
• Assist in training and supporting junior analysts.
