Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field; plus 2 years in mortgage servicing, loan operations, accounting, billing, or financial reconciliations.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills with large data sets and analytical functions.
• Gold star qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and experience with Treasury Management or custodial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank reconciliations, research clearing accounts, and track payment processing exceptions.
• Assist with investor reporting, portfolio management, remittance verification, and documentation.
• Handle stop payments, disbursement maintenance, loan adjustments, modifications, and wire transfer logging.
• Perform loan-level transaction research, escrow advance recovery reporting, and servicing revenue analysis.
