Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst, Senior to manage mortgage servicing counterparty relationships and document servicing requirements. You will create investor presentations, perform ad hoc analyses, and assist in loan servicing transfers and process improvements, with the ability to work remotely from home.

The role involves coordinating with senior management, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with CMS policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mortgage servicing and operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited guidance.
• Maintain day-to-day operational relationships with external senior executives and internal partners.
• Develop and facilitate investor presentations with senior management teams.
• Assist with change management and process improvement.
• Analyze portfolio performance and recommend opportunities for improved service delivery.
