Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to manage counterparty relationships with senior executives and internal partners, while working remotely from home. You will own assigned relationships, document servicing requirements, and help prepare investor materials.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in relationship management within mortgage servicing; proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills; occasional travel possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, finance or mathematics.
• 2–4 years in relationship management or client services within mortgage servicing.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited guidance.
• Maintain day-to-day operational relationships with external senior executives and internal partners.
• Capture and document client/investor servicing requirements and prepare investor materials.
• Analyze loan portfolio data and key portfolio metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
