Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to manage mortgage servicing counterparty relationships and to work with senior executives to drive results from home.

You will capture servicing requirements, develop investor presentations, perform ad hoc analyses, and support loan servicing transfers, change management, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with CMS policies.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mortgage servicing and operations.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 2–4 years of relationship management experience in mortgage servicing.
• Microsoft certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited supervision.
• Willingly accept and implement direction and strive to exceed standards.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with external senior executives and internal partners.
• Maintain and track open deliverables in the department system of record.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Develop investor presentations and follow up on deliverables.
• Gather and document servicing requirements and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate the quality control process between investors and internal units.
• Analyze loan portfolio data and key metrics to identify trends.
