Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to manage critical counterparty relationships and document investor servicing requirements. You will create investor presentations, perform ad hoc analyses, and assist in loan servicing transfers and process improvements.

The role involves coordinating with senior executives and internal partners, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with CMS policies. Remote work from home is supported.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mortgage servicing and operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong internal/external customer-facing skills.
• Team-player with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with MortgageServ/LoanServ or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited supervision.
• Develop and facilitate investor presentations with senior management.
• Analyze loan portfolio data and key metrics for diligence processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual servicing requirements and CMS policies.
• Coordinate change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide status updates to senior management.
