Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst, Senior to work remotely and partner with senior executives and internal teams to manage mortgage servicing counterparty relationships and ensure compliance.

You will own assigned relationships, document servicing requirements, develop investor presentations, perform ad hoc analysis, and support loan servicing transfers and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid comprehension of mortgage servicing and operations.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with MortgageServ/LoanServ or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited supervision.
• Capture servicing requirements and prepare investor presentations.
• Engage in ad hoc analysis and support loan servicing transfers.
• Assist with change management and process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Provide status updates to senior management and coordinate with internal/external teams.
