Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, a leading mortgage servicing provider, is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to manage critical counterparty relationships with external executives and internal partners. You will capture servicing requirements, support in investor presentations, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with CMS policies.

The role is remote, requires 2–4 years in relationship management within mortgage servicing, and offers a $90,000–$100,000 target pay

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of mortgage servicing and operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong internal/external customer-facing abilities.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with MortgageServ/LoanServ or similar systems.
• Critical thinking to develop solutions and manage complex topics.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited supervision.
• Prepare investor presentations and status briefings for senior management.
• Analyze loan portfolio data and monitor key performance metrics.
• Coordinate change management and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and CMS policies.
• Support loan servicing transfers and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client/investor instructions.
• Provide timely communications and updates to executive stakeholders.
