Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst, Senior to maintain and drive results with mortgage servicing counterparty relationships from a remote home office. You will own critical relationships, document requirements, and prepare investor presentations for senior leadership.

You will interact with internal/external stakeholders, analyze portfolio and servicing data, and support change management and process improvements while ensuring compliance with CMS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (business/economics/finance/math).
• 2–4 years’ experience in relationship management or client services in mortgage servicing.
• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with MortgageServ/LoanServ.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited supervision.
• Capture and document client servicing requirements and create investor presentations.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and support loan servicing transfers and change management.
• Coordinate with internal/external clients on servicing changes and compliance.
