Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Analyst to manage high-level counterparty relationships and drive servicing improvements. You will own critical relationships, capture requirements, and develop investor presentations while coordinating with senior management.

This remote role requests a strong mortgage servicing background and the ability to work independently. The approved target pay range is $90,000 to $100,000, with emphasis on delivering exceptional client

Qualifications

• Solid comprehension of mortgage servicing and operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent internal/external customer-facing skills.
• Team-player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with MortgageServ/LoanServ or comparable systems.
• Ability to articulate complex mortgage servicing topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited management support.
• Capture and document client/investor servicing requirements.
• Develop investor presentations and follow up on deliverables.
• Participate in change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze loan portfolio data and key metrics.
• Ensure documents and instructions are in place for servicing.
