Qualifications

• Solid comprehension of mortgage servicing and operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong internal/external customer-facing skills.
• Team-player with self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with MortgageServ/LoanServ or comparable systems.
• Ability to analyze complex mortgage servicing topics and partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage counterparty relationships with limited guidance.
• Develop investor presentations and provide status updates to senior management.
• Gather and document servicing requirements and ensure compliance.
• Assist with change management and process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments on client instructions and process changes.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
