Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services architecture.
• 4–5+ years in mortgage servicing/origination platforms.
• Hands-on with MSP/ICE, Sagent, Black Knight, FICS or Finastra.
• Ability to lead architecture governance reviews.
• Cloud re-platforming experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-vendor systems-integrator backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end target-state architecture for the new mortgage servicing platform.
• Lead platform evaluation (buy/build/hybrid) and fit-gap analyses.
• Define migration and cutover strategy balancing risk and cost.
• Design integration layer to decouple from legacy systems for future upgrades.
• Set data migration standards and reconciliation approach.
• Serve as liaison between Servicing Ops, Compliance, vendors, and IT.
