Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Agent Product Manager to own the end-to-end mortgage origination lifecycle—from point of sale through capital markets delivery. The role emphasizes AI-driven solutions for document extraction, optimizers, and MCP servers within a vertically-integrated platform.

You will lead initiatives across APIs, decisioning, capital, compliance, and the borrower UI to accelerate speed and scale for our clients. Strong collaboration with GTM and engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the software industry as a product manager or engineer.
• Experience building 0-1 enterprise software in regulated industries.
• Ability to deep-dive mortgage value chain.
• Experience conducting user research using various methods.
• Ability to run SQL to analyze data.
• Experience creating wireframes/workflows with Figma.

Responsibilities

• Be a visionary builder with a clear perspective on scalable origination infrastructure from POS to loan delivery.
• Challenge convention and optimize processes beyond the market’s status quo.
• Help onboard and manage 3rd party integrations.
• Leverage AI and LLMs in daily work and as part of the solution space.
