Job summary
Briefly is looking for a Director of Platform Architecture to own the technical design of the shared platform used by its member firms. You will define target-state architecture for identity, integration, security and shared services, and lead the technical side of each firm migration.
The role sits in the Transformation Management Office, reporting to the VP of Transformation. The ideal candidate has built shared infrastructure across multiple brands and can operate in both architecture reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, including multi-brand environments.
- Deep hands-on Azure expertise across Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, VDI and data services.
- Experience designing SSO across organizations with cross-tenant access policies.
- Proven ability to drive data partitioning and compliant multi-tenant architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design multi-tenant Azure architecture sized for current firms and onboarding new ones.
- Define identity, data partitioning, and access-control models across apps and data stores.
- Plan migrations, cutover sequencing, and parallel-run strategies for firm migrations.
- Establish governance, documentation and architecture decision records.
- Present platform risk posture and architecture decisions to executive leadership.
