PhoenixTeam is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to own the target-state architecture across legacy and modern platforms in a federally supported mortgage program. Fully remote (U.S.) with rapid delivery cycles and strong governance.

You will translate policy into designs, define data models, APIs, and integration patterns, and mentor teams while ensuring security and compliance. Deep mortgage domain expertise and federal delivery credibility are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and defend a coherent enterprise architecture across legacy and modern platforms.
• Turn approved requirements into complete solution packages with traceability.
• Design data models, APIs, and integration patterns with test strategies.
• Decommission legacy bridges while keeping production stable.
• Mentor engineers and analysts on architectural thinking and standards.
• Engage with federal customers to justify architecture decisions.
