Job summary

DCG Poland, a recruitment agency, is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design end-to-end architecture solutions for mortgage origination and servicing. The role requires translating business requirements into scalable designs and coordinating across banking systems and external partners.

You will drive SAFe-aligned planning, document architectures in Confluence and Word, and mentor teams on best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in systems integration and designing complex, distributed solutions.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Ability to combine holistic architectural thinking with detailed technical analysis.
• Experience working in Agile environments, preferably using SAFe.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience cooperating with development teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to create clear technical and architectural documentation.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong delivery focus, ownership and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture solutions for mortgage loan origination and servicing
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solution designs
• Design integrations between modern digital channels, microservices and existing banking systems
• Analyse complex dependencies across local banking infrastructures in Nordic countries
• Cooperate with development teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers
• Support development teams by providing architectural guidance and resolving technical challenges
• Ensure alignment between solution architecture, business objectives and enterprise standards
• Prepare and maintain solution architecture documentation in Confluence and Microsoft Word
• Participate in planning and delivery activities within a SAFe environment
• Proactively share knowledge, experience and architectural best practices
