Job summary

GM Financial Technology is seeking an experienced leader to define and drive the architecture for our consumer loan servicing platform. You will guide cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations to shape a scalable, cloud-first strategy.

You will lead design and migration to modern frameworks, manage API governance, and champion data-driven decisions to support GM Financial’s growth and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional and/or global initiatives from start to finish.
• In-depth understanding of loan servicing platforms and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level capability model of a loan servicing platform and architecture assessment criteria.
• Lead design and implementation of cloud-native architecture and microservices.
• Drive development of a core servicing platform as the system of record for accounts and financials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align technical strategies with goals.
